Ir. Nurhaida

Nurhaida was born in Padang Panjang, West Sumatra, on June 27th, 1959, and obtained her degree in Textile Engineering form Bandung Textile Institute, West Java. She had also completed her Master of Business Administration education at Indiana University in Bloomington, U.S. Nurhaida started her career in government after as she joined Ministry of Finance in 1989. In 2006, she was in charge as Head of Financial Assessment Bureau for Real Sector Company at Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam LK). She was then promoted as Minister of Finance’s expert staff for the field of financial services policy and regulation, capital market and other financial institutions based on Presidential Decree No. 20/M of year 2011 dated January 21th, 2011. On July 18th, 2012, Nurhaida was appointed as member of OJK Board of Commissioners based on Presidential Decree No. 67/P of year 2012. She was inaugurated and sworn in before Chief Justice of Supreme Court for 2012-2017 term of office.
